A stuck game or "You're already in a room"
You can only be in one room at a time. If you create or join another one while the old one is still open, the You're already in a room window shows up.
"You're already in a room"
- Return to my room: you go back to where you were.
- Leave the room permanently: your seat is freed, and you can start your new game.
"Your room is waiting"
A Resume card on the home screen, or a bar at the bottom of the screen, reminds you of a room you haven't left. Tap it to go back, or choose Give up to free your seat. If you do nothing, your seat is released on its own after 10 minutes.
To avoid this, leave a room with the button meant for it rather than by closing the app: you then go back to the home screen and your seat is freed.
An interrupted solo quiz
If a level is interrupted halfway through (app closed, a call, lost network), the Resume your quiz? window shows next time: Resume picks up at the question where you stopped, Start over starts from scratch. If the question's timer ran out while you were away, it counts as skipped. A level you quit yourself from the Menu is abandoned and starts again from the first question: see Quit or resume a solo game.
The screen doesn't move at all
Close the app completely and reopen it, or reload the page on the website. Your ongoing game is offered to you again. If the problem comes back, write to us: see Contact support.
