Mastery mode

Mastery mode is a challenge for the levels you have already nailed. It opens on any level where you earned three stars, and wins you a crown.

Starting a Mastery run

Tap a three-star level on the map, then Go for the crown (or Replay in Mastery once the crown is won). Until a level has its three stars, its window reminds you to earn them first.

The rules

• No hints: hints are turned off.
• Shorter timer on every question.
• The goal: at least 90% correct answers, the bar for the third star. The level window shows the exact number you need.
• The game does not help you in Mastery, even after several failed runs.

The reward

Your first crown on a level earns you a coin bonus worth 2 times what the level pays, shown before you play, plus the level's XP. You can try Mastery as often as you like, but this reward is paid only once.

Apart from this reward, a Mastery run changes nothing: your stars, your best score and your progress on the level stay as they were, even if you fail.
