Ask for a refund
A refund is requested from whoever billed you. SparkleQuiz can't refund a purchase made in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google collected the payment.
Purchase made on iPhone (App Store)
Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, with your Apple Account. Apple alone decides.
Purchase made on Android (Google Play)
Ask Google from your Google Play order history. Google alone decides.
Purchase made on the website
Write to us explaining what happened, with the date and the amount: see Contact support.
After a refund
Whatever the purchase gave you is taken back: a Premium subscription refunded by Apple or Google stops right away, and refunded coins are removed from your balance.
Rewards you already claimed during a subscription, free trial included, stay yours, even if the subscription is refunded: Season Pass rewards you already claimed are not taken back.
