Use a promo code

A promo code can apply to the Premium subscription, to coins, to hearts, or to all of them. Enter it in the Promo code field on the Premium page, the coin shop or the heart shop, then tap Apply.

An applied code is remembered during your visit: if you switch pages, it's offered to every other purchase it applies to. On a purchase it doesn't cover, you'll see "The code … does not apply here."

On the website

Enter the code and tap Apply: the discount is applied at checkout. A free-trial code adds free days to your Premium subscription.

On iPhone

Enter the code, tap Apply, then Open the App Store. Apple's code redemption window opens: enter the code shown, confirm, then come back to SparkleQuiz. On iPhone, promo codes only work for the Premium subscription.

On Android

Enter the code, tap Apply, then Open Google Play to use the code in the Play Store. Then come back to SparkleQuiz: the app checks your purchases when you return.

Why a code is refused

• "This code cannot be used on this platform.": the code exists, but not for your store. A code made for the website doesn't necessarily work in the App Store or Google Play, and the other way round.
• "This code does not apply to this purchase.": it's valid for something else (coins rather than Premium, for example).
• "This code has expired.", "This code is not valid yet.", "This code is no longer active.": it's outside its validity period.
• "This code has reached its maximum number of uses.": every copy has been used.
• "This code does not exist.": check the spelling.
