Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
- Enter your account's email address, then tap Send the code.
- You get a 6-digit code by email. Type it in the app or on the website. It expires after 15 minutes.
- Choose your new password, confirm it, and sign in again.
No code? Check your spam folder, then tap Resend the code.
You sign in with Google or Apple
You don't need a SparkleQuiz password: sign in again with Sign in with Google or Continue with Apple, just like the first time.
Two-factor authentication
Resetting your password does not turn off two-factor authentication: next time you sign in, you'll still be asked for the code from your app. If you lost your authenticator app, write to us from your account's email address: see Contact support and Two-factor authentication.
You know your password and want to change it
Go to Settings › Security › Change Password.
